I think the topic for your action plan is great! As research as shown and I believe, parental and community involvement goes hand-in-hand with student achievement. Your action plan is very detailed. Great job and good luck!
Robin, I like how you are wanting to get alot of the faculty involved in action research. I am wondering if it would be better to implement your action research and then take the results to bring the rest of the faculty into action research the following year. You have a great plan in place that is very energetic. I hope that you will be able to establish these groups and get them on board with the research.
I like the constant evaluation you have built in to this plan. i hope your facility are receptive to actively participating in the action research. I would make sure the pessimistic folks on faculty are paired with individuals that find merit in the study to ensure your groups pull equal weight.
The organization and layout of your plan is great. The idea of including parents as they are key stakeholders is awesome. Your plan is very easy to read and understand.
